RETURN POLICY

All of Ava Swim Co's products are non-refundable, so we advise our customers to follow our size guide specified for each piece or email us at info@avaswimco.com with any questions before your purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting bikini.

We allow our customers to try on their desired pieces for best fitting, but because bikini bottoms in particular are so delicate and intimate, we will not be accepting any returns after 3 days. We will only be accepting, however, the exchange of bikini tops. 

Refunds will only be offered in the event of a manufacturing fault, in which the item can't be fixed or mended.  

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

Every piece goes thorough quality examination. However, in the unlikely event of a malfunctioned item, please write to us to our email info@avaswimco.com or click here so that we can arrange for the faulty item to be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. 

If the item is faulty, please do not wear it. Pieces must be in original conditions and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must have hygienic sticker in place and all swing tags attached. We might reserve the right to repair or replace.
